Raytheon UK's, Training Transformation Business, is looking for a Project Manager to join our Selborne Team. This team supports the delivery of all Royal Navy training, playing a key role in helping them to maintain their operational edge.
We do not need you to be a training expert, but we do need you to be an established project management professional. Your day-to-day role will focus on galvanising an Integrated Programme Delivery Team, helping them to anticipate delivery risks and to overcome execution challenges, whilst ensuring that the team has the correct governance and controls in place to support success. This role will report to a Programme Manager within the business area.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
