We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Projects team, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple refurbishment and construction projects across our customer estate.
This role would particularly suit an experienced Site Manager, Site Supervisor or construction professional from a strong trade background who is ready to take the next step in their career.
You may currently be responsible for running individual sites and still spending some of your time working on the tools, but now want to move into a role focused on managing projects, people, programmes, customers and commercial performance.
Our projects are varied and fast-moving, predominantly within commercial and hospitality environments, with a strong focus on refurbishment and improvement works.
Individual projects will typically be around £50,000 in value, with larger schemes reaching approximately £150,000.
Unlike a traditional Site Manager role where you may be based on one project from start to finish, you’ll take responsibility for multiple projects at different stages of delivery, coordinating site teams, directly employed trades, subcontractors and suppliers across a number of locations.
You’ll be supported by an established operational, commercial and Health & Safety team while being given genuine responsibility for your own portfolio of projects.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has developed strong practical construction and site-management experience and is now ready to step away from the day-to-day tools and progress into a broader project management role.
We’re interested in people with strong practical construction knowledge and proven experience managing sites, trades or refurbishment works.
You don’t necessarily need to already have the title of Project Manager. This could be the ideal opportunity if you are an experienced Site Manager or Site Supervisor looking to progress away from working on the tools and into a broader project management role.
A trade background would be particularly valuable. We’re more interested in practical construction knowledge, leadership ability and the potential to develop into an excellent Project Manager than simply having held the job title before.
If the role sounds like a good fit, we’d like to hear from you.
