Job summary

NEUTRA seeks a leader to drive a major new programme from development to full-scale manufacturing for an engineered composite assembly used in the semiconductor industry.

You will establish a new manufacturing cell, develop robust production processes and manage significant CAPEX investment to deliver a rapid production ramp-up that meets customer demand while controlling cost and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex engineering or manufacturing programmes with strong technical delivery and commercial performance.
• Experience with NPI, industrialisation, production readiness and establishing manufacturing capability from ground up.
• Proven track record in CAPEX planning, project cost control and managing cross-functional teams.

• Lead a complex New Product Introduction (NPI) programme from concept through series production.
• Establish a new manufacturing cell and support production readiness.
• Drive industrialisation activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain.
• Manage project plans, budgets, costs, schedules and commercial performance.
• Lead customer programme reviews and act as the primary customer interface.
• Manage project risk, engineering change and governance throughout the programme.

We're supporting an advanced engineering manufacturer preparing to launch a major new programme to industrialise an engineered composite assembly used within the semiconductor industry.

This is an opportunity to lead the journey from development into full-scale manufacturing. You'll play a central role in establishing a new manufacturing cell, developing robust production processes, managing significant CAPEX investment and delivering a rapid production ramp-up to meet customer demand.

Success won't be measured by keeping the project on track alone. You'll be responsible for building the foundations that allow production to scale successfully.

What you'll be doing
