Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site management, ensuring that site performance meets contractual requirements in a cost-effective and timely manner. You will work closely with the Construction Manager and manage projects from conception to completion, with the goal of making a significant impact on both the business and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring progress and performance align with the project scope and deadlines.

Ensure projects are delivered within budget and meet contractual requirements.

Provide leadership and direction to site teams, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

A client-focused, results-driven approach with flexibility and adaptability.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience managing projects valued between £8 million and £15 million.

A degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant construction field.

In-date SMSTS, CSCS First Aid Card.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: On the road (site-based)
