Job summary

The Deer Shed Café is seeking a Project Manager to lead the launch and ongoing success of a community-focused social enterprise café in the East Midlands. This role requires an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for making a real difference.

You will oversee day-to-day café operations, food service, health and safety, and stock control, while training and mentoring young people with additional needs and managing staff, volunteers, and mentors to grow a sustainable social
