Job summary

Derbyshire County Council is seeking a Project Manager for The Deer Shed Café, located at The Deer Shed, Alfreton Park Special School. This social enterprise café will launch and grow to support young people with additional needs, offering hands-on hospitality management experience.

You will lead daily operations, manage food service, health and safety, and stock control, while coaching staff, volunteers, and mentors to build confidence and sustainable impact.
