Job summary

Aureos is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee infrastructure projects from planning to close, delivering on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, report to senior management, and drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering/Project Management degree, 7–10 years in infrastructure, and PMP or equivalent. Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 and knowledge of Agile/Waterfall are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive project management experience in infrastructure.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in project management within the infrastructure sector.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure projects.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, codes, and standards.
• Experience with risk management and quality assurance processes.
