Reed in Crawley is seeking a Project Manager to take ownership of engineering projects within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver projects, acting as the primary contact for clients and coordinating with site teams and senior management to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of experience in a project, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
• A degree (minimum 2:2) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Basic practical engineering knowledge (through study, placements, or early career experience).
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Customer-focused mindset with some client-facing experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Commercial awareness alongside technical understanding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
• A full UK driving licence (desirable).

• Salary: £32,000 to £38,000 dependant on experience

We're working with a new client in Crawley offering an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you'll take ownership of real projects from day one and accelerate your development.

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a range of projects. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
