Vistry is seeking a Project Manager for the Keresley site in Coventry, Warwickshire, to plan, coordinate and oversee construction from start to finish.

You will manage budgets, schedules, resources and teams, liaise with partners, customers and contractors, and handle risks and compliance. We value in-person collaboration but offer flexible working where possible.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team in Vistry South West Midlands, responsible for our Keresley site in Coventry, Warwickshire. As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. You will manage budgets, schedules, resources, and teams to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves liaising with Partners, Customers, contractors, and stakeholders, as well as handling risks, issues, and compliance.
