Job summary

Espuk is seeking a Project Manager to lead ERP and WMS implementation programmes across multiple sites. You will drive project planning, governance, testing, training, cutover activities and PMO-led initiatives across IT, operations, supply chain and finance.

Travel across all sites is required. The role demands strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to deliver detailed documentation and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years proven project management experience.

• Experience creating detailed project documentation (plans, business cases, reports).

Job description

As a Project Manager, you will support key ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation programmes, including project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, testing, training, cutover activities, and delivery. You will also contribute to a wide range of PMO-led initiatives spanning functions such as IT, operations, supply chain, logistics, customer service, finance, HR, sales, and business transformation. Travel will be required across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, scheduling, and delivery of projects to ensure objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions where required.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, including business cases, project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Track project resources, costs, and key performance metrics, providing accurate reporting and updates.
• Support risk, issue, and change management processes, escalating matters appropriately when required.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO standards, processes, and best practices
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously within a fast-paced business environment

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Proven experience in project management (minimum of 3 years)
• Strong organisational and project-planning abilities.

Desirable:

• Experience in ERP or WMS platforms
