Outline of Role

The position will be to join an existing team to provide extra resource in response to a significant increase in workload. Projects are based towards the commercial retail sector, with the role requiring you to manage a varied portfolio of contracts from initial enquiry through to final accounts. Experience in fast-paced schemes and reactive works would be ideal although not essential.

Main Responsibilities

You will need to be able to demonstrate:

• Direct, plan, motivate and monitor the project teams
• Produce scopes of works document from given brief or drawings
• Plan and agree scheme phasing details with the design team
• Continually monitor supplier quotations against rates
• Attend and manage on-site scheme phases
• Attend scheme design team meetings as necessary
• Perform site surveys
• Ensure KPI monitoring is completed weekly
• Ensure Health & Safety is compliant at all times
