Job description

I require an experienced Electrical Project Manager to work on a project in Cardiff, Wales, on a long-term basis (2 years +) for an established client.

Paying a salary based on experience between GBP (Apply online only) a shift, outside IR35, with a 2-year duration and weekly payments.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing subcontractors installing and commissioning MV and LV systems into a large commercial property.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Working alongside a professional engineering team in the creation and execution of project delivery strategies.
2. Chairing and managing weekly meetings with the client.
3. Understanding the stages and milestones of the project lifecycle, working alongside the design, delivery, and commercial teams.
4. Ensuring the project program and documentation are correctly administered and maintained.
5. Overseeing subcontractors and liaising with the client throughout the project, adhering to the client's standards.
6. Having a good knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.
7. Delivering projects in accordance with a program of works.
8. Foreseeing potential issues and working with all stakeholders to resolve them.
9. Reporting to the project director.

This role offers a project manager the opportunity to take a lead role within an experienced engineering company.

Payments are GBP (Apply online only) per day, with weekly payments, outside IR35, and long-term duration of the work.
