Role: Project Manager Social Housing Decarbonisation & Planned Maintenance

Location: St Ives & Surrounding Area

Salary: GBP60,000 - GBP70,000 (Basic Salary)

What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering a decarbonisation project that aims to transform social housing into a sustainable future.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Planning: Developing and tracking detailed project schedules to ensure accurate progress updates.
• Health & Safety: Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
• Quality Management: Upholding high-quality standards by integrating them into the Quality Plan.
• Resource Allocation: Managing resources effectively to deliver projects within set limits.
• Team Leadership: Creating a robust communication plan and clearly defining team roles.
• Project Handover: Overseeing a seamless handover process and providing end-user support as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

We seek a dedicated professional with proven experience in project management within the social housing sector. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience:
  • Delivering works under the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund, including EWI, Air Source Heat Pumps, and Solar PV.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects efficiently with a focus on quality and safety.
• Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 6 or a related degree.
  • SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and Asbestos Awareness certifications.
  • Ideally, MCIOB accreditation.
