Job summary

Sphere Solutions is seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to deliver an £18m construction scheme in Bristol. You will take ownership from pre-construction through mobilisation to successful completion, driving programme, quality, safety, cost control and client satisfaction.

The role requires proven leadership, strong main contracting experience and a track record of delivering large construction projects on time and within budget, in a Tier 1 contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects in the £15m+ range.
• Strong main contracting experience.
• Proven track record of leading project teams and managing complex construction schemes.
• Excellent programme, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor is highly desirable.
• Experience managing multiple project stakeholders and supply chain partners.
• Relevant construction qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS and/or a construction-related degree.

• Monitor progress and provide clear reporting to senior management.
• Ensure the project is delivered in line with company standards, procedures and contractual requirements.

The Opportunity

A leading Tier 1 main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Lead Project Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of an exciting £18 million construction scheme in Bristol.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Project Manager who wants to take ownership of a major project and play a key role within a high-performing delivery team.

You will be responsible for driving the project from pre-construction and mobilisation through to successful completion, ensuring the highest standards of programme, quality, safety, commercial performance and client satisfaction are maintained throughout.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Lead Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering substantial construction projects.

You should have:
