Job summary

Buildforce Solutions Ltd in Bristol is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a £30m new-build industrial project. You will be responsible for programme, quality, health and safety, and overall project performance, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and consultants.

We're working with an established Tier 2 main contractor looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £30m new-build industrial project in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a contractor with a varied portfolio of projects valued up to £50m, spanning industrial, education and residential sectors. With further projects planned in the Bristol area, there is the opportunity to play a key role in the region's continued growth.

The Role

• Lead the delivery of a £30m new-build industrial project.
• Take responsibility for programme, quality, health and safety and overall project performance.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants and client relationships.
• Drive the project from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Work closely with the wider management team to ensure successful project delivery.

About You
