Job summary

Bistech plc is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Bournemouth to lead customer projects from discovery through delivery and adoption. You will work with consultants, technical specialists and client success teams to ensure on-time delivery and outcomes that align with client goals.

The role focuses on building strong relationships, clear communication and delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards across all project activities.

  • Proven experience delivering projects on time, within scope and on budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong customer relationship management and customer service experience.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • High levels of emotional intelligence, empathy and active listening.
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities, experience managing plans, budgets, risks and timelines.
  • Confidence influencing stakeholders, negotiating effectively and managing expectations.

  • Ability to use initiative and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working within an MSP, technology or professional services environment (preferred).
