Job summary

Acorns Children's Hospice Trust in the West Midlands is seeking a Project Partner to lead delivery of strategic, cross‑organisational projects that underpin our priorities. You will work with sponsors, stakeholders and SMEs to ensure projects are planned, governed and delivered, with measurable outcomes and sustainable change.

Responsibilities

Job description

Acorns Children's Hospice Trust is seeking a Project Partner to lead the delivery of strategic and cross-organisational projects that support Acorns strategic objectives and operational priorities. You'll work in partnership with project sponsors, stakeholders and subject matter experts, ensuring that projects are effectively planned, governed and delivered, achieving agreed outcomes, benefits and sustainable change.

About the Role

At Acorns Children's Hospice we offer specialist palliative care and support for children and their families across the West Midlands. We are there wherever and whenever they need us, in the hospice, community and at home. Our aim at Acorns is to help families feel equipped to cope at every stage of their child's life with dedicated teams offering psychological, emotional and practical support.

As a Project Partner, you will:

  • Lead project delivery activities, coordinating contributions from sponsors, subject matter experts and delivery teams to achieve agreed outcomes

You need to be eligible to work in the UK to be considered for this role.
