Job summary

La Fosse is seeking a proactive Project Manager to join its Data & Innovation function in a permanent role in the UK. The position requires hybrid working from Bicester (3 days in the office) and owning end-to-end project delivery across transformation and change initiatives.

You will engage stakeholders at all levels, manage budgets and timelines, and drive projects from initiation to delivery. A car is beneficial for commuting to the Bicester offices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end projects across transformation, innovation, tech, digital or change initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with ability to influence at all levels, including C-suite.
• Lead projects independently and drive delivery through to completion.
• Experience balancing multiple projects and prioritising competing demands.
• Strong skills in scope, budgets, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies management.
• Experience developing business cases, analysing costs, benefits and outcomes.
• Strong analytical and communicative abilities; proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

Project Manager

£45,000-£50,000 + bonus

Offices based in Bicester | Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office (flexible on days)

I’m currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join an established organisation within its Data & Innovation function, delivering a range of innovation and process improvement projects across the business.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive Project Manager who is comfortable taking ownership of projects end-to-end, working independently and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Key requirements:

• Strong end-to-end project delivery experience, ideally across transformation, innovation, technology, digital or change projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, with the confidence to communicate and influence at all levels, up to C-suite.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and proactively drive projects through to delivery.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and balancing competing priorities.
• Strong experience managing project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Experience developing business cases, assessing costs, benefits, risks and expected business outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience with Agile or iterative project delivery would be beneficial.
• A Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM or AgilePM would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
