Clear communication, sound judgement and the ability to unite teams to deliver results are essential. The position operates on a hybrid pattern (3 days per week on-site) with Inside IR35 contracting terms.

IT Project Manager

Our client is looking for a confident, delivery-focused IT Project Manager to drive projects forward within a complex business environment. This role is ideal for a Project Manager who excels at stakeholder engagement, building strong relationships and ensuring projects deliver against their objectives. While experience in business change initiatives would be advantageous, the priority is finding someone with the right personality, approach and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

This is not a technical Project Manager role. Success will depend on strong communication, effective stakeholder management, sound judgement and the ability to bring people together to achieve results.

Contract: Inside IR35

Hybrid Working Pattern: 3 days per week on-site
