Artemis Technologies Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to join its New Product Introduction team. This role involves leading innovative projects aimed at decarbonising the maritime industry, managing stakeholders, and ensuring project delivery within time and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and at least three years of project management experience, preferably in engineering and manufacturing environments.

Reporting Line: The Project Manager will report to the Head of New Product Introduction.
Department Overview:
The New Product Introduction (NPI) department owns & maintains the overarching framework, processes and approach that all of ATL’s new products must be delivered to, to ensure ATL’s strategic projects are delivered in a consistent, accurate, and efficient manner. Using this overarching framework & by applying best project management & leadership practices, the NPI department is responsible for leading the delivery of all products & strategic projects through the various phases & stages of the product/projects’ life within time, cost, scope & quality targets.
The NPI department operate across all stages of the product life and work with a wide variety of stakeholders accordingly – from early conceptual design through to procurement, manufacturing, and operation – as well as developing, implementing & managing supporting processes, governance & project structures. The department sits within ATL’s Product function which sits under the Technical & Operational Delivery pillar of ATL’s organisation.
The Role:
The New Product Introduction team is expanding and therefore looking for an enthusiastic & motivated project professional to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop skills & grow experience in a highly innovative & dynamic organisation embarking on a mission to decarbonise the maritime industry. The Project Manager will be given responsibility over projects within a challenging, complex, and exciting EF12 Programme and work under the direction of the Head of New Product Introduction to ultimately ensure these elements are delivered according to the goals & constraints of the EF12 Programme. They will be entrusted to lead these projects in collaboration with the EF12 Technical Project Engineer – proactively managing, problem solving, escalating issues, and identifying risks for their assigned projects. They will be responsible for stakeholder management for their projects & will be required to engage with external & internal stakeholders, including suppliers and sub-contractors. They will also assist the Head of New Product Introduction in overall programme governance as well as developing & maturing the suite of project & programme management related processes and tools.
