Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of groundworks, RC frame and civil engineering projects across Ashford and Gravesend, Kent. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and keep projects on time, within budget and safely delivered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within groundworks, civil engineering or RC Frame.
• Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, infrastructure and reinforced concrete packages.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to deliver projects to programme and budget.

Responsibilities

A well-established and award-winning groundworks, RC Frame and civil engineering contractor is looking to recruit a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across Ashford and Gravesend, Kent. With almost 60 years of industry experience and an annual turnover exceeding £50 million, the business has built an outstanding reputation for delivering complex infrastructure, groundworks, reinforced concrete and enabling works packages for many of the UK's leading main contractors.

The Role

As Project Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects across Kent, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and within budget. You'll lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and direct labour, manage client relationships, oversee commercial performance and drive projects through to successful completion.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within groundworks, civil engineering or RC Frame.
• Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, infrastructure and reinforced concrete packages.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to deliver projects to programme and budget.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
