Job summary

CLEO Systems is seeking a Project Manager for a 12-week fixed term contract to lead a diverse portfolio of projects, working with NHS stakeholders and external partners. This role offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you’ll deliver high‑quality outcomes and professional representation in meetings and events.

You’ll thrive on delivery, with strong organisational and planning skills, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years minimum experience within a similar role.
• Experience working with NHS stakeholders and healthcare projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Ability to produce clear project documentation.
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Experience in regulated environments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects from initiation through to completion.

• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.

The Role

As a Project Manager at CLEO Systems, you’ll lead a diverse portfolio of projects, working with internal teams, NHS stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects from initiation through to completion

• Represent CLEO Systems professionally in meetings and industry events
• Proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track
• Contribute to continuous improvement and enhanced customer outcomes

About You

You’ll be an organised and proactive Project Manager with a strong focus on delivery and collaboration.

We’re particularly interested in candidates who have:

• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• 2-5 years minimum experience within a similar role.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
• High attention to detail and a structured approach
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Experience in healthcare, technology, or regulated environments (desirable)
