Job Summary:
My client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team in the office fit-out sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing up to three projects simultaneously, with project values reaching up to £1.5M.

This role is based in their Surrey office with site visits required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks and resource allocation.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within the allocated financial resources.
- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring materials and services are acquired to meet project needs.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Coordinate and manage the activities of the site teams across multiple projects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements
- Proven working experience in project management, specifically within the office fit-out sector.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- A minimum of 3 years experience at Project Manager level
-Based in or local to Surrey.
