Job summary

Antac Support Services Ltd is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple projects, ensuring compliance and keeping clients regularly informed of progress.

You will manage budgets, coordinate subcontractors, arrange materials and drive health and safety standards on site, supported by a SMSTS qualification and a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple site projects.
• Strong spoken and written communication.
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
• SMSTS qualification is required.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to pass security vetting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate progress records and update trackers.
• Keep clients informed of progress, issues and upcoming works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure works are completed efficiently.
• Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and site requirements.
• Resource direct staff to ensure adequate labour is available for planned works.
• Prepare and price variations and manage project costs including assessing additional works.
• Manage project budgets, identify cost risks and minimize unnecessary expenditure.
• Order materials and equipment, coordinating deliveries to keep projects running smoothly.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.

Job description

Antac is a national organisation offering a range of services including building and maintenance, mechanical, electrical and HVAC services, commercial office cleaning, window cleaning and rope access services. We are continuing to take on new projects and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee day to day site operations to ensure that works in progress remain compliant while keeping clients regularly informed of project progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of progress and updating project trackers
• Keep clients informed of project progress, issues and upcoming works
• Coordinate and work closely with subcontractors to ensure works are completed efficiently
