Job summary

Enisca Browne is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own major water and wastewater schemes from award through to completion in the UK. You will coordinate design teams, clients, planning, commercial and supply chain partners to deliver safe, on-time projects within budget.

You will manage programmes, budgets and risks, lead from handover through to completion, and ensure high-quality engineering solutions while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Seven years' experience in design and build project delivery within the UK water industry.
• Proven experience delivering water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Strong knowledge of AMP frameworks, NEC contracts and UK water industry standards.
• Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, programmes, risks and supply chain partners.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline, with SMSTS and CSCS certification.

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take ownership of major water and wastewater projects from award through to completion? At Enisca Browne, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering vital infrastructure projects, working closely with clients, design teams, commercial professionals, planners, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in line with client and regulatory requirements. You will manage project programmes, budgets, supply chain partners and risk mitigation activities while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Working closely with planning, commercial and pre-construction teams, you will lead projects from initial handover through to completion, driving performance, maximising value and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering water and wastewater treatment projects within the UK water industry.
• A minimum of seven years' experience in a design and build project delivery environment.
• Strong knowledge of AMP frameworks, NEC contracts and UK water industry standards.
• Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, programmes, risks and supply chain partners simultaneously.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline, with SMSTS and CSCS certification. Previous experience with a Tier 1 contractor is highly desirable.
