An extremely exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a regional contractor based in Oxford, specialising in the refurbishment and fitting out of commercial and industrial properties with a focus on laboratories, working on a full time, permanent basis.

Project Manager Duties:

• Project paperwork
• Management of site team
• Design Management
• Ensuring all works carried to programme and budget
• Chairing site meetings
• Client liaison
• Authority Liaison: Highways, Architects, Consultants
• Short term programming
• Promoting and enforcing Health & Safety
• Reporting to visiting Contracts Manager

Project Manager Criteria:

• Ability to lead a site team and sub-contractors on projects ranging from £500k - £10M
• Strong experience in commercial and industrial refurbishment, fit out and maintenance
• Desirable experience working on laboratory / data centre fit outs
• Sets high personal safety and environmental standards
• SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid Trained
• Desirable degree in Project Management
