Job summary

GBS in Manchester (On-Site) seeks Lecturers in Project Management to inspire students and deliver engaging, industry-relevant sessions. Flexibility to teach during weekdays, evenings and weekends is required, and the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

You will hold a Master’s and PhD, with prior UK higher education lecturing experience, and be capable of supervising student work, providing feedback, and maintaining thorough records.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant subject area.
• PhD in a relevant subject area.
• Previous UK HE lecturing experience in the subject area.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise student work and provide feedback.
• Experience teaching adult learners from diverse backgrounds on HE programmes.
• Strong reporting skills and maintaining student records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent teaching qualification (or plan to enrol during probation) or HEA Fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver teaching sessions, resources and tailored support in project management.
• Provide meaningful feedback on progress and assess outcomes.
• Document and evaluate teaching to improve student experience.
