Upon successful completion, you will be prepared to take on your first role within a project team at one of our global locations, providing a platform to grow your career with us.

Our Values and Training

We offer opportunities to develop project management skills, including client relationship building, communication, commercial awareness, health and safety, and teamwork. • Continuous personal and professional development.
  • Opportunities based on performance and potential.
  • Borderless career opportunities across geographies, functions, or new business lines.

Throughout your training, you'll be supported by an experienced mentor and work towards a recognized Project Management qualification. This experience will equip you with transferable skills for a rewarding career in this industry.

Your Entry Requirements

We seek candidates who demonstrate integrity, resilience, energy, and results-oriented focus. You should also meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum 2:2 Degree, ideally in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Be globally mobile; your first two roles post-training will be outside Leeds (relocation assistance provided).
  • The right to work in the UK.
