Mott MacDonald Bentley in the UK water sector is seeking a Project Leader to drive design, engineering and delivery across projects from outline to handover. You will coordinate a multi-disciplinary team across civil, electrical, mechanical and process design, ensuring on-time, on-budget and compliant outcomes.

You will work within a safety‑led environment with opportunities to progress toward chartership, while travelling to sites across the operational region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering
• Working towards professional qualification
• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across your operational region

Responsabilités

• Lead the design of treatment or infrastructure projects from outline to detailed design, through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate the project team including civil, electrical, mechanical and process designers, BIM modelers and technical specialists to meet programme, budget and quality targets.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and foster a 'one-team' approach with clients’ project, operational and technical assurance teams.
