Job Description:

We are fortunate to have been instructed on this exciting opportunity to work with a leading multidisciplinary business who are looking to employ a lead Project Manager to carry out traditional Project Management and Employers Agent role for a client in Leeds.

Working extremely closely with senior management, you will be continuing to run the expansion programme of the existing site and be responsible for all Project Management and Employers Agent services under JCT Contract. Project values are up to £25-30million.

Candidates will need to be within a commutable distance as site presence will be required 3 days per week. Other days will be spent working from home and/or offices, with semi-regular trips to London offices.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the Project Management arena, feel confident and comfortable delivering projects under a JCT suite of contracts, be familiar with the role of an Employers Agent and be an excellent communicator.

This is a full time position in the business and suitable for candidates at either Associate Director, Project Director or Director Level.

On offer is a competitive salary of up to £95,000 plus an extensive benefits package with clear progression plans.
