Rolls-Royce in Filton is seeking a Programme Lead to deliver across the EJ200 Programme within the Mature Engines Portfolio. You will lead the delivery of contracted elements, develop plans, budgets and schedules, and manage risks to meet milestones and KPIs, reporting to the Vice President Combat.

You should have strong project management experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, and be capable of coordinating with international partners.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Programme Lead (PL) within the EJ200 Programme, within the Mature Engines Portfolio. The successful candidate will have a wide opportunity to lead deliverables across both programmes, which are a key part of the Defence Engine portfolio.

The PL role will report to the Vice President Combat and take tasking from the respective Programme Manager to lead a diverse range of activities, from the Customers Main Operating Base (MOB) through to ensuring tasks are being delivered within the supporting functions, thus resulting in the successful delivery of our critical support contracts.

What you will be doing

• Lead the delivery of all elements of contracted business and key milestones / KPI’s and PI’s are achieved to plan.
• Assist the Programme Manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, schedules, project plans and manage risks in line with the requirements of ADO4 risk tool.
• Lead activities to ensure adherence to the PILM & LTCR processes is achieved.
• Provision of basic guidance to others regarding the Project Management processes and the operation of the project management systems / tools / methods.
