Job Purpose

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of battery handling systems. The ideal individual will have a strong mechanical background with basic IT skills to support the design and integration of EnerSys battery handling solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative battery handling systems based on EnerSys products and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to install and integrate EnerSys battery handling systems into various applications in UK/IRE
• Provide technical support and expertise in selecting and specifying EnerSys battery handling equipment
• Conduct system performance testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EnerSys battery handling systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field

Knowledge / Experience

• Proven experience in the design and implementation of mechanical systems, preferably in the battery handling or material handling industry
• Basic IT skills for system integration and data analysis
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
