Electrical Installation Engineer (National Grid / Battery)

£35,000 - £40,000 + Overtime + Training & Qualifications + Company Van + Fuel Card + Overnight Allowance

Home-based role: (UK Wide Travel - Can be based anywhere in the UK)

Are you a Battery Installer or Electrical Installation Engineer with National Grid experience, looking for a role that offers further development, training, and overtime opportunities to maximise your earnings?

This is an exciting time for the business, with year-on-year growth and new contracts driving expansion. As a result, they are looking to strengthen their engineering team - making it a great time to join.

On offer is the opportunity to work nationwide across National Grid sites, installing and commissioning equipment and batteries, conducting site surveys, and ensuring safety compliance.

The Role:

1. Nationwide travel with regular overnight stays
2. Installing and commissioning company equipment and batteries
3. Ongoing training and development opportunities

The Person:

1. Electrical background - 17th / 18th Edition qualification
2. Experience working on National Grid projects or battery installations
3. Full UK driving licence and comfortable with staying away up to five nights a week
