Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Project Geophysicist in Oxford to join a leading independent geophysical consultancy. The role offers exposure to major infrastructure, environmental and utility mapping projects across the UK and internationally, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

You will contribute to survey planning, fieldwork, data processing, interpretation and reporting, using advanced geophysical technologies while collaborating with senior specialists.

Qualifications

• Degree in Geophysics, Earth Sciences or a related discipline.
• Experience within geophysical surveying or related consultancy work.
• Strong technical reporting and data interpretation skills.
• Willingness to travel and undertake field-based work.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Full right to work in the UK.
• Ability to live in or commute regularly to the Oxford office.

• Involved in all stages of project delivery including survey planning, fieldwork, data processing, interpretation and technical reporting.
• Work with advanced geophysical technologies across diverse sites and collaborate with experienced specialists.
