Job summary

ICF is seeking a finance professional in the UK to manage project forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. You will collaborate with project managers and directors to ensure accurate revenue recognition and robust month-end reporting while handling ERP set-up and sub-contractor accruals.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience in financial systems (Maconomy), and progression towards a finance qualification.

Qualifications

Experience in a finance function, ideally within professional services.
Currently pursuing or studying towards a recognised finance qualification.
Proficient with financial systems (Maconomy).

Responsibilities

Project re-forecasting in line with ICF policies to ensure revenue is recognised correctly.
Forecasting, revenue profiling and budgeting are key aspects of the role.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Directors across diverse teams and backgrounds.
Monitor and analyse project financials with PMs and Directors.
Own portfolio month-end processes and reporting.
Set up new projects in ERP in accordance with contract and SOX.
Calculate and post monthly sub-contractor accruals.
Input data to month-end processes and reports.
Client billing and working with Treasury to monitor aged debts and reduce WIP.
Ad-hoc duties as required.
