ITM Power is seeking a Commercial Finance Projects Manager to join our UK finance team. You will partner with the commercial and manufacturing finance teams to challenge costs, improve FP&A processes and drive ERP and reporting enhancements.

You will lead budgets, forecasts and long-term plans, ensure robust internal controls and deliver KPI analysis to support strategic decisions. The role demands a fully qualified accountant with strong communication and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Accountant with experience in FP&A and cost management.
• Ability to challenge senior leadership on performance and approach.
• Experience with process improvements, ERP developments, and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost-challenge initiatives and drive reporting improvements.
• Develop and maintain cost centre reporting and monthly reviews.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
