Dalkia UK, part of EDF, seeks a facilities supervisor to oversee subcontractors and health and safety documentation across Tate sites in London. The role includes site audits, procurement coordination, and maintaining records to support project delivery.

You will manage labour/materials procurement, keep accurate documentation, and collaborate with project managers to meet client expectations and timescales. A hands-on, safety-conscious approach is essential.

Competenze

• Electrical or mechanical experience and knowledge (desirable)
• Experience of writing and reviewing risk assessments, method statements, and health and safety documentation
• Experience of installation works in occupied buildings
• Experience using Procure management software
• Project and additional works experience in a facilities management workplace
• Previous experience in project support and supervisory roles

Mansioni

• Oversee subcontractors from tendering to on-site work
• Maintain health and safety documentation in line with regulations
• Use Procure management software to audit sites
• Manage filing, diaries, audits, and site records
• Coordinate with project managers and customer representatives to meet schedules
• Provide quotations for additional works
• Ensure on-site quality assurance and documentation
