Job summary

A leading Building Services company in Central London is seeking an Estimator for their busy Project Division. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as experience in preparing tenders. This role requires strong commercial awareness and proficiency in estimating software.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience as an estimator in building services or M&E sector.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience across commercial, residential, and public sector projects.

We are currently looking for a skilled Estimator to join our client's busy Project Division within a leading Building Services company based in Central London.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience as an estimator within the building services or M&E sector
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Proven experience preparing and submitting accurate project tenders and cost plans
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• HNC/HND or degree in Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• Experience working across commercial, residential, and public sector projects
