Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Project Engineer to join the Anglian Water IOS team based in Norwich. You will support the delivery of water and wastewater projects, coordinating with the Construction Manager and operations to meet standards, timeframes and safety requirements.

The role focuses on developing solutions, managing CDM, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

CDM management experience and ability to ensure compliance with health & safety, environment and quality standards.
Strong customer management skills and ability to liaise with external stakeholders.
Commercial awareness when coordinating with multiple stakeholders on projects.
Valid driving licence as a mandatory requirement.
Confined spaces training, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

Support operational and project delivery managers to meet Anglian Water project needs.
Develop solutions in line with technical and safety standards, ensuring CDM, design and programme requirements are met.
Complete CDM documents and compile contract documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and in-house teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure on-site adherence to Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality standards.
