Project Engineer (Progression to Project Manager)

£30,000 - £40,000 + Hybrid + Progression + Training + Fleet vehicle + Bonus

Location: Reading

Are you experienced in Acoustics, Construction, HVAC, Design, or similar fields and eager to start your career with a market-leading company that offers specialist training and a clear path to Project Management?

Join a rapidly expanding design and manufacturing business specializing in acoustic and air movement solutions across public, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. The company supports a blue-chip client base, managing contracts exceeding £5 million.

This hybrid role involves working under the Project Manager and management team on projects from conception to completion. You will meet regularly with superiors to track your progress and develop skills necessary for advancement into a Project Manager role.

This position suits candidates from an Acoustic, Construction, HVAC, Design, Surveying, or MEP background aiming to develop their careers with specialized training to become a Project Manager.

The Role

• Primarily office-based with occasional site visits
• Surveying sites
• Training in surveying, design packages, and more
• Work from home 2 days a week
