Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Project Engineer (Mechanical) in Swansea on a hybrid basis. The role offers £40,000–£45,000 with a company bonus, training, progression, and 33 days holiday.

Working hours are 37.5 per week, with a start time around 8:15 and finish around 4:45 Monday to Thursday, Friday finish earlier. The ideal candidate has a mechanical background with proven project oversight from design to completion and a track record coordinating across teams.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background with experience overseeing projects from design to completion.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and document milestone progress.
• Training in Prince2, IOSH or NEBOSH is desirable.

Responsibilities
