Job summary

Freudenberg Management (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. is seeking an experienced project engineer to manage assigned customer projects from handover to completion. You will coordinate manufacturing, procurement and logistics to hit milestones and maintain schedules and budgets.

The role requires 3+ years in project engineering or PM, strong commercial awareness, and excellent communication. Proficiency in Excel/Word and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a project engineering or project management environment.
• Experience within manufacturing or engineering projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer projects from handover through completion.
• Coordinate manufacturing, procurement and logistics to meet milestones.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets and progress reporting.
• Communicate project status and risks to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support product testing activities and coordinate customer witnessing.
• Prepare commercial and technical project documentation, including final records.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures.
