Job summary

Escape Recruitment Services is seeking a Project Engineer or Project Manager who blends engineering excellence with hands-on project delivery and customer interaction. You will own a portfolio of installation, refurbishment and repair projects and coordinate customers, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams.

The role involves travel to sites, occasional overnight stays and an on-call rota. You will produce quotations, plans, and progress reports while managing budgets, risks and H&S

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification or equivalent experience.
• Mechanical installation/commissioning knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects against time, cost and quality requirements.
• Coordinating engineering teams and site activities.
• Conducting surveys and site inspections.
• Producing quotations and project solutions.
• Managing project budgets and profitability.
• Producing project plans, GANTT charts and reports.
• Managing project risks and H&S requirements.
• Providing technical guidance to engineering teams.
