This is your chance to drive impactful engineering projects from concept to completion in a site steeped in tradition but always looking forward.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing and delivering cutting-edge E&I projects, from upgrades to full installations
• During project delivery you’ll be working within a multi-disciplined project team, utilising your EC&I background and wider engineering experience to compliment the groups capabilities.
• Managing contractor relationships, safety protocols, and budgets with confidence
• Driving automation and smart control solutions that keep us on the leading edge
• Troubleshooting complex challenges and implementing long-term solutions
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to futureproof our distilling excellence

About You

• A solid background in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing
• Project management experience with the ability to juggle priorities and hit milestones
• A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and sustainable practices
• Sharp problem-solving skills and the confidence to make decisions
• A team-oriented mindset and the passion to make a real impact
