Job summary

AethelRa Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Engineer to join a dynamic team. You will report to the Project Manager and oversee project documentation, scheduling, material tracking, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless delivery from inception to completion.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in relevant sectors, strong AutoCAD and MS Office skills, and excellent communication within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical or Oil & Gas.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit project documents; maintain document summaries and MDR.
• Handle engineering and drawing submissions; update and issue latest drawings; manage RFIs/ STQs.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules; generate regular progress reports and forecasts.
• Prepare/update MTOs; cross-check against bidding quantities; escalate discrepancies to PM and procurement; support monthly progress claims and VO.
• Attend daily toolbox meetings; update project managers on site progress; assist in drafting Subcontractor Scopes of Work; coordinate equipment drawings across stakeholders.
