Job summary

Wolviston Management Services Limited seeks an experienced Project Engineer to lead engineering projects from concept through to manufacture and delivery in Stockton-on-Tees. The role requires hands-on design, strong project delivery, and collaboration with customers, suppliers and production teams.

You will oversee drawings, BOMs, and documentation while ensuring quality and safety standards across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• HNC, HND or Degree in Engineering
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering environment
• Strong hands-on with SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Good understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects from conception through manufacture and final delivery
• Interpret customer specifications into effective engineering solutions
• Produce detailed engineering drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Prepare engineering reports, manufacturing packages and submittal documentation
• Ensure activities meet quality, environmental, health & safety standards
• Monitor project schedules and costs; manage BOMs and stock monitoring
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for cost-effective delivery
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure manufacturability and continuous improvement
• Support research and development and product improvements
