Qualifications

  • Time-served Maintenance Engineer.
  • IOSH Managing Safely certification is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of automation and robotics would be ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver the engineering capital plan.
  • Provide engineering support to non-engineering capital projects.
  • Deliver the capital plan on time and on cost with stakeholders.
  • Ensure new equipment/installations are right first time.
  • Define project schedules from plans and specs.
  • Control project plans through design reviews and scheduling changes.
  • Control costs by approving expenditures and managing contractor contracts.
  • Identify improvements within production and manage proposals from concept to completion.
  • Ensure H&S is central to all project planning and execution.
  • Assist in delivering H&S documentation.
