Budget & Cost Control: Preparing cost estimates, tracking daily expenses, and managing contractor contracts to prevent budget overruns.
Team Coordination: Liaising between designers, on-site workers, suppliers, and clients for smooth information flow.
Quality Control & Safety: Conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with safety codes and QA/QC policies.
Technical Problem Solving: Reviewing designs, troubleshooting on-site issues and initiating corrective actions.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining project records and providing status updates to stakeholders.
Resource Management: Overseeing procurement of materials, equipment, and skilled personnel.
