Who We Are:

Experience in sales is preferable; however, candidates demonstrating strong electrical knowledge and experience in managing electrical failures and problem-solving will also be considered.

Main Purpose:

We currently have one role open, advertised across multiple regions. The successful candidate will manage and oversee clinical projects within the Healthcare sector across the UK, supporting Bender UK’s diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Bender UK Sales Team with technical advice via email, phone, or in person for site visits if required.
• Maintaining regular communication with internal and external sales teams to ensure all technical aspects are addressed across schemes.
• Representing Bender UK at site meetings before, during, and after project completion.
• Producing and approving technical drawings aligned with specifications to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinating technical communication across the supply chain to ensure high standards.
• Prioritizing and organizing work within project schedules.
• Understanding and utilizing the company CRM system effectively.
• Walking customer sites to compile site-specific RAMS.
• Completing project wrap-up tasks, including sending O&M manuals, conducting client training, and updating CRM & Drives systems.
• Ensuring all invoicing is completed accurately.
• Managing projects to be completed on time and within budget.
• Conducting final reviews with clients on BUK’s performance and providing feedback to the line manager.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Project management qualifications or proven experience in project management.
• Engineering background experience, with site experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing packages.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office software.
• Knowledge of medical clinical equipment is advantageous.
• Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) is advantageous.
• Valid UK driving license.
• DBS check required.
