Anglian Water is seeking an IOS Project Engineer to manage integrated operational solution projects in Norwich. You will lead engineering activities, ensure design, construction and commissioning meet requirements, and work with alliance partners Barhale, Kier, and MGroup.
You will apply NEC3 contract knowledge, coordinate with Project Manager and delivery teams, identify risks, and uphold governance and safety standards. A level or equivalent education and a UK driving licence are expected.

The Integrated Operational Solution contract is a 5-year programme valued at approximately £444 million, delivering specialist water and water recycling projects.
This role involves managing projects under the NEC3 contract suite, with a focus on Option E (Pre-Contract Planning) and Option A (Priced Contract with Activity Schedule). The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and delivery teams to ensure robust management of contractual obligations and compliance with Anglian Water’s governance standards. The role is employed by Anglian Water and involves working in partnership with alliance partners Barhale, Kier, and MGroup.
